Hello and welcome to my profile! I'm Tracy a Full Power cacao facilitator and a spiritual medium and I absolutely LOVE what I do. Seeing people transform in front of my eyes is something I will never get tired of. Lady cacao coupled with the ritual of the ceremony just seems to bring beautiful magic.

Cacao is a sacred form of plant medicine (basically pure unrefined chocolate) with so many healing benefits. It opens the heart both spiritually and physically by opening the capillaries around the heart and also the brain  helping with blood flow and oxygen, which helps the prevention of alzheimers. It increases the neurotransmitter activity to the brain to increase clarity, focus, and attention. It's a natural antidepressant releasing serotonin and dopamine. It detoxifies the liver and  kidneys and is full of antioxidants. (More than blueberries, red wine and green tea combined!) It also  regulates blood pressure and blood sugar. Pretty good stuff all in all!!

So what can you expect during one of my ceremonies?? Well  there'll be music, poems, chanting , a poweful guided meditation for you to set a clear intention of what you want to let go of and what you want to embrace. A time to embody all you have seen and felt whilst listening to carefully chosen music and maybe a little dancing!!  A sober daytime disco!! Don't let that put you off. It's a great way to ground everything you've received during the meditation into your body.

The 50g of ceremonial dose cacao you'll be given, encourages you to become a better version of yourself in a gentle, loving, and supportive way. She'll shine a light on the shadows illuminating what no longer serves you, whilst giving you the courage to step into what really does. It's a life changer, and it tastes delicious too! What's not to love!

I hold public ceremonies in and around Hull, but am also available to come to your house to hold private group ceremonies for families and friends. I also do 121 cacao meditations with an option of a adding a spiritual reading  onto that too, or  readings without cacao.
