With a life long passion to help children and young people, I now specialise in supporting caregivers — mums, teachers, nurses, and empaths — I believe that when the givers of the world come back into alignment, those around them benefit too. Through a combination of Life Coaching, Angelic Reiki, Quantum Healing, and Mindful Meditation, I guide clients from misalignment to empowerment, creating a ripple effect of balance and light.
