Here is your invitation to reconnect, realign, and gently welcome the energy of summer 🌿☀️

Gift yourself 90 minutes to slow down, soften, and return to your breath. As the season shifts, this is a space to pause, reflect, and consciously set intentions for the months ahead.

✨ Opening Circle

We begin by gathering in a warm, supportive circle. Through gentle grounding practices, you’ll be guided back into the present moment—reconnecting with your breath, your body, and the quiet wisdom within. This is a space to arrive as you are, to open your heart, and to be held in a shared, nurturing energy.

✨ Tea Ceremony & Plant Connection

You’ll be invited to experience a mindful tea ceremony, working with beautiful plant medicine. As we sip slowly and intentionally, we open ourselves and our heart to the subtle messages of the plants and the land around us. This is a moment to set personal intentions—planting seeds for growth, clarity, and alignment as we move into summer.

✨ Guided Meditation & Reiki Share

Allow yourself to be gently guided inward through meditation, creating space to reconnect with your inner landscape. This will be followed by a soft Reiki energy share, supporting deep relaxation, energetic balance, and a renewed sense of connection to your body and breath.

✨ Reflection & Connection

We close with time to simply be—journaling any thoughts, insights, or inspirations that arise. There will also be an opportunity to share (if you feel called) within a circle of like-minded individuals, fostering a sense of community, understanding, and shared intention.

This is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and step into summer feeling grounded, open, and aligned 🌼
