Jessi will take us through a beautiful, relaxing yoga session to start the day.

🍇 Vineyard tour & winery experience with Dan
Dan will take us behind the scenes of Laurels Vineyard, talking all things wine and grapes. There won’t be any grapes on the vines this time as they’re currently being picked, but you’ll get to explore the grounds, see inside the winery where all the magic happens and ask all the questions you like! 🍷

📖 Journal decorating & mindful journalling with Sea Air & Self Care
Taking some peaceful time to journal, set intentions, think about your goals and simply be in the moment.

✨ Reiki + guided meditation with Emma
A beautiful opportunity to completely switch off, relax and enjoy some much-needed YOU time.

A chance to slow down, reflect on the day and finish things off nicely.
